Position Summary
The Website Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of creative initiatives for the Football Team content on the Arizona Cardinals Website.
Responsibilities
This position will have primary responsibility for the Football content on the Cardinals website. Provide content, copy editing and image processing as needed. Update the website by remote access on a deadline basis. Coordinate the development, placement, prioritization and maintenance of the Webs graphical designs, features, revenue opportunities and future direction. Work with the NFL and their affiliates to ensure team site is consistent with the League parameters. Oversee and edit the creative and informative content that will be posted on the site. Monitor the site, including message boards, from a quality assurance perspective. Manage and mentor the Website Coordinator and Intern from a leadership perspective.
Requirements
Qualified candidate must have at least seven (7) years of Website content development and management experience. Candidates must show the ability to work in high stress, deadline driven environment with a keen attention to detail. Must have excellent layout and writing experience and demonstrate delivery of copy/content via internet. . Candidates must also possess a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and a high level of confidentiality. Ability to travel as well as knowledge and passion for NFL
A Bachelor’s degree in a specialized are or equivalent work experience is required. Preferred experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, Communication and/or Journalism | |
