Les Chargers ont déjà prévu de déménager... mais dans la banlieue de San Diego (et eux, on les fait pas chier à propos du fait de garder "San Diego" dans leur nom ).
Sinon, qu'est-ce qu'ils ont changé dans les uniformes?

Les numéros sont bien plus agressifs "incisifs" et fins. Les éclairs sur les côtés se situait sur les épaules avant, pas sur les bras comme maintenant. Et ils porteront un casque blanc. Bref l'ancien alternate était mieux

Bah apparement ils vont le garder tout le temps... D'après les photos que j'ai pu voir sur un site je n'ai vu aucun casque bleu, juste le blanc.

Effectivement, ils passent au casque blanc "à temps plein"

ils joueront 6 matchs à domicile en bleu marine et 2 matchs avec leur Powder Blue.

A la question de savoir pourquoi ils ne basculaient pas sur uniquement le maillot Powder à domicile et le blanc à l'exterieur, les mauvaises langues disent que çà fait acheter 3 maillots aux Fans au lieu de 2 ...

ben en tout cas, ça n'a pas l'air d'avoir plu aux coéquipiers de Polamalu qui doivent tenir aux cheveux de leur safety préféré

C'est parfaitement autorisé en NFL. LJ a quand même été pénalisé sur le coup parce qu'il a refait la guerre du feu en trainant Popol au sol par les cheveux à la fin de l'action...
Et puis Polamalu n'a pas de dreadlock, il a juste les cheveux bouclés

Touchdowns will not be subject to the proposed five-yard penalty. " This is an issue that has really shown itself in the last two years where it seems like every play -- whether a three-yard gain or a 15-yarder -- results in a player stepping up and spiking the ball," Atlanta Falcons general manager and committee co-chairman Rich McKay said. If a player spiked the ball after gaining a first down, the ball would be moved back five yards but it will still be first-and-10.

San Diego (14-2) and Chicago (13-3) led their respective conferences in regular-season wins in '06.

The Sunday night primetime game (8:15 p.m. ET) on NBC will feature the NFC Wild Card Playoff teams of last season, as the New York Giants visit the Dallas Cowboys, led by new head coach Wade Phillips.

Monday night, Sept. 10, ESPN will host a Monday Night Football doubleheader featuring two critical division matchups. The first game (7 p.m. ET) will send the AFC North titlist Baltimore Ravens to Cincinnati to battle the Bengals. The MNF nightcap (10:15 p.m. ET) will be an NFC West matchup, as the San Francisco 49ers host the Arizona Cardinals. Continuing an innovation introduced last season, the NFL will serve up three nationally-televised games on Thanksgiving Day, including the first of NFL Network's late-season primetime offerings of 2007.

The early game (FOX, 12:30 p.m. ET) will be an NFC North meeting of the Green Bay Packers at the Detroit Lions. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, the second game (CBS, 4:15 p.m. ET) will be a family affair when the New York Jets travel to the Dallas Cowboys. It will be a matchup of running back brothers -- 28-year-old Thomas Jones, recently acquired by the Jets in a trade, against his sibling, 25-year-old Julius of the Cowboys. This will be the second meeting of their professional careers -- Julius (150 yards, two touchdowns) got the better of Thomas' Bears on Thanksgiving Day in 2004 in a 21-7 Cowboys' victory.

The Thanksgiving tripleheader continues at 8:15 p.m. ET on NFL Network when the Colts visit the Atlanta Falcons, led by new head coach Bobby Petrino.

The announcement of these national TV games was made March 26 by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell at the NFL Annual Meeting in Phoenix, Arizona.

The rest of the 2007 regular-season schedule will be completed and announced in April.

Colts- Saints le jeudi et surtout un Chargers-Bears le samedi, ça attaque dans le vif du sujet, cette première semaine.
Le Bengals-Ravens est plutot pas mal aussi.
