Plus sérieusement, c'est un receveur complet, il a le gabarit pour prendre l'avantage sur des CB de petite taille.
Capable de s'ajuster et compenser des lancers pas forcément précis.
Peut catcher des ballons dans toutes les positions.Par contre, il ne gagne pas beaucoup de yards après la reception et reste facile à plaquer.

Profile: Swift possesses the play traits and running style of a skillful NFL veteran and is the latest in an avalanche of talented Georgia backs. Tempo and decisiveness are his calling cards, making him a highly talented inside/outside zone runner. He's a cerebral runner who understands block timing and uses quick-cut agility and rare spatial awareness to read and react to defenses beyond the second level. Swift isn't overly explosive as a home-run hitter and doesn't run with the violence of last year's top running back, Josh Jacobs. He can step right in and provide early stability and production as an efficient, every-down back with Offensive Rookie of the Year potential.

Le pourquoi du comment: Derniere pièce de la triplette du 1er tour. Ça enlèvera de la pression sur le jeu aérien. La comparaison a Frank Gore est flatteuse. Mais s’il est aussi patient que lui (minus les blessures) ça va beaucoup les aider.

Overview
Sleek, playmaking linebacker with chiseled frame and long arms. Murray's game is predicated on speed with an ability to fly around from sideline to sideline rolling up tackles. While his twitchy burst allows him to make more plays than the average linebacker, he will overflow to ball-carriers at times. Recognition of play development and ability to take on blocks are both underdeveloped currently, but a move to weak-side linebacker would put him in position to minimize those concerns and maximize his playmaking talent. Murray has hit-or-miss qualities and is more splashy than consistent, but he's immensely talented with the ability to imprint on games on all three downs.


Baltimore pourrait avoir besoin d'un WR, mais il y en a déjà 5 de pris, normalement le 6è WR d'une draft, c'est fin de 2e tour, et Baltimore est orienté sur le jeu de course.

On draft donc un ILB, qui est le point faible dans cette défense.

Ca permet aussi de commencer le rajeunissement d'une défense qui compte la moitié des titulaires à 30 ans ou plus

Ross Blacklock is a rare exciting defensive prospect from the Big Twelve with all the tools needed to be a dynamic playmaker in the NFL. While there will be quite a bit for him to acclimate to at the next level, Blacklock has the size, length, power, flexibility, athleticism and technique needed to develop. He often two-gapped at TCU but I like him inside even fronts as well, making him a prospect with all the versatility needed to execute in a defensive front that is multiple by alignment. Blacklock needs to develop his processing skills but his ceiling is exciting given how physically talented he is and how he already applies those gifts on the field to make plays. He deserves to be among the first interior defensive linemen selected in the Draft and has the upside to become a building block for an NFL defense.



Pourquoi lui ?

Déjà parce que je m'étais juré qu'un des 2 acteurs porno de la draft terminerait chez nous.

Yetur "Gros Matériel" étant déjà sorti, le choix de Gross "Black Cock " s'imposait.


Ensuite pour le sportif:  

- Casey, le meilleur défenseur des Titans depuis 8 ans, est parti et n'a pas été remplacé.
- Clowney n'est pas signé au moment de cette mock.
- Très peu de profondeur à cette position.
- Le manque de pression du QB adverse était le gros défaut défensif.
-  Il a été signifié au T Kelly ( le mec qui ressemble à "the undertaker" qui a cathé un TD en final de conf à KC) qu'il serait titulaire (donc pas d'OT au premier tour pour une équipe qui veut gagner maintenant)

Bingo, Blacklock est un DT, très performant dans le pass rush et qui ne demande qu'à faire un duo intenable avec Jeffery Simmons.

L'autre possibilité dans ce 1er tour est un CB mais je suis plus convaincu par les CB que l'on peut trouver au 2nd tour que les DT

Overview
While other Tigers received more attention, Queen has some of the most eye-opening tape of the bunch. He plays fast, physical and with impressive field confidence for a one-year starter. His ability to diagnose and flow are both very rapid, and he operates with excellent body control and balance to gobble up runners as an open-field tackler. His inexperience will show itself in taking on blocks and finding optimal pursuit angles, but that will get cleaned up in time. Queen is next up from LSU's linebacker factory, possessing the same three-down ability to hunt, cover and tackle as those before him. He's an early starter with a sky-high ceiling

Analysis:
Les needs des Packers sont assez clairs: DL, ILB, OL et WR, avec une priorité je pense pour ILB et WR. Côté WR, on trouvera du très bon plus tard, et en ILB, on a Wilson qui est peut-être le deuxième meilleur prospect à ce poste. Avec Queen, les Packers trouvent un potentiel starter immédiat nécessaire pour optimiser les dernières années de Rodgers et un joueur capable de tenir ce poste pour plusieurs années.
Autres choix possibles: Reagor / Mims / Aiyuk, Love pour faire une "Rodgers" presque 20 ans après.

Aggressiveness can sometimes work against him
Can get handsy on downfield routes
Deep speed could be called into question

Why : J'ai longtemps hésité avec un WR mais je prends un autre joueur défensif...

Athleticism pops on film right away
Snaps out of his stance and has light feet
Run game specialist
Adequately aware of stunts and can get there
Mostly solid anchor

Weaknesses:
Can play a bit high and get outleveraged
Power fluctuates, but it's mostly area in which he needs to improve
Decently susceptible to getting bull rushed
Doesn't have long arms and a ton of pop in his punch

Why : Quand on a Mahomes, il faut le protéger... on a vu ce qui s'est passé quand il était blessé (ou qu'il revenait de blessure #TitanUp )
Ruiz semble un choix logique dans ces conditions
